busy busy busy, rawr! i just need some time to relax. happy mother's day to all the awesome moms out there! and happy birthday chan! i just checked my deviantart for the first time in a week, so i didnt see yesterday was your birthday.
so i figured since im gonna be sooooo busy this week, i had better post to tell you guys im not gonna be on from wednesday-monday cause i'll be in new york again for the essentially ellington jazz festival. it's gonna be awesome! im missing a track meet though, which makes me kinda mad/sad.
speaking of track...at the last meet when i was doing hurdles i didnt quite make it over one of them...and sorta tripped and fell and landed on my knees and killed them again. rawr, they were just starting to heal too! lol, so then i tried to get back up and finish the race, but then i was too close to the next hurdle and i tripped and fell over THAT one. after that though i just hit all the hurdles with my trail leg, but i didnt fall again! after that i had to do the 4x100 meter relay. i feel kinda bad, cause i sorta slowed my team down since my knees hurt. im just glad i wasn't running the last leg of the relay though.
yesterday there was the strawberry festival. im not really sure what its supposed to be about, but there's a lot of food and music and stuff. i hung out with my boyfriend (haha, yah, i now have a boyfriend) at the book stand. after a while people started thinking that i worked there, so i decided to stay there.
we're having people over tonight for dinner, so im supposed to be cleaning the house right now. i hate cleaning,
